Vegans and Vegetarians paradise! I booked a dinner to celebrate a big birthday and asked if they could do a vegan and vegetarian menu. Not only they did, but what menu! Sophisticated, elegant and delicious. The service was excellent too. I cannot wait to return.

Completely next level dining experience. The menu is expertly curated and every dish was truly flawless. The four of us were blown away by the combination of flavors, textures and uniqueness. The building is also wonderful. We were fortunate to dine on the rooftop terrace with stunning views across the town but look forward to visiting in cooler weather as well as the dining room and cellar are just so inviting. Gabriele is an incredible host, and he and a colleague were highly professional servers, and Alessandro an incredibly skilled chef. The menu changes monthly to reflect seasonal availability of various ingredients and I will undoubtedly try return as frequently as possible to sample their new creations. Unquestionably the best meal we had during our one week visit to the area.

Unforgettable meal, highly recommend! We had the 6-course menu and were really impressed. Each dish was beautifully presented and everything worked so well together. The tartare and pork belly were honestly the best we’ve ever had. The pasta and the sashimi were also fantastic. The service was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The view from the rooftop terrace is also beautiful and made the whole evening even more special. So far, this has been the best food we’ve had on our Puglia trip, and we’ll definitely be back. For the price, you really can’t beat it. Highly recommend!

An Absolutely Extraordinary Dining Experience! I had the pleasure of experiencing their tasting menu, and it exceeded every expectation. What made it particularly special was the flexibility they offered – rather than a fixed selection, I was able to choose my preferred dishes from their menu, creating a personalized culinary journey tailored to my tastes. Every single dish was exceptional. The flavors were expertly balanced, the presentation was stunning, and you could taste the quality and care that went into each creation. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the first bite to the last. The service truly elevated the entire experience. The staff was not only incredibly friendly and welcoming, but also knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. They were genuinely helpful in guiding my selections and made sure every aspect of the meal was perfect. Perhaps most impressive of all was the incredible value – at just 50€ for this level of quality, creativity, and service, it's an absolute steal. You'd expect to pay significantly more for this caliber of dining experience. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply want to treat yourself to something extraordinary, this restaurant delivers on every level. I'm already planning my return visit!
